June is turning out to be rather exciting month, with all our weekends booked up with one activity or another for the kids and ourselves, leading up to the KL trip in the first week of July. So I am really rather looking forward to the next few weeks (save for the last week of June, which has contentious hearings EVERY SINGLE FREAKING DAY).
I had a great weekend. The hubby and I watched Gold Class Pirates movie at Vivocity on Friday night. It was a great date night. The weekend was a much needed break from reality, which I really needed after the rather traumatising week last week.I expect more trauma to come along in the month of June but I shant' worry too much now and to take one day at a time...until my holiday in July. It's still a long time away but I really can't wait for the day to come.

I had a great time watching Kung Fu Panda 2 over the weekend with the kids. (so many kids watching the show). But I was busy, throughout the entire movie. Josh was fine, just munching on his roller coasters and concentraitng on his movie. Emma, on the other hand, did not appreciate the concept of the movie yet. At first, she started commenting on every single thing she saw on the big screen. 'sheep!' 'bear bear!' until Josh kept turning twoards her and shushing her up. She was good. She stayed in her seat the entire time and did not cry when the lights were turned off. She was more concerned about eating the roller coasters and insisted that carrying that drink. So I spent much of the movie stretching across her and ensuring that she held the cup properly when she drank and placed in her cup holder. Then she wanted her pillow and her milk and then the roller coaster again. So I was really kept rather busy the entire movie.
But nonetheless, our first family outing to the movies. I greatly enjoyed it.:)
